Crystal Mic Pro X (for Sony / Bose headphones)
The Pro X is the original Pro model with thick mic boom and a removable microphone. The octagonal neodymium magnets and the thicker mic boom helps the microphone stay in place even during turbulent conditions. The removable mic allows you to change the microphone to an M87 dynamic mic used for military interoms (e.g. in C-130 and some older helicopter models).
Choose the Sony styple plug (3.5 mm) if you use the Sony XM2/3/4 headphones.
If you have the XM5, choose the Raptor, Typhoon, Fulcrum and Lightning models.
Choose the AKG/Bose style plug (2.5 mm) if you use AKG N60, Bose QC25 or Bose QC35
Bose 700 includes a microphone attachment that fits to the base of the headband.
We recommend the Sony WH1000XM3/4 because they are the best noise cancelling headphones currently available. Watch this review at the 11 minute mark.
